Chilled Shredded Chicken with Shiratak

Step 1
Soak the black fungus in water until soft and slice into strip

Step 2
sliced the carrot and cucumber

In a pan, bring the water to boil and cook the shiratak for 30 seconds

transfer to the ice bath

Step 5
Marinate chicken breast for 30 minutes

Step 6
Mix sauce ingredients together. If peanut sauce is too thick, we can add a little warm water to mix well

In a medium heat pan with oil, fry the marinated chicken until golden brown

Add water and cover to cook for another 5 minutes until chicken is cooked through

Let cool and cut into shredded

Step 10
Place the shiratak on the bottom of the plate and layer the cucumber, carrot, black fungus and chicken on top
