Lots of girls love to drink plum wine, they love the taste of sweet and sour flavor. It is also loveable to make into a jelly. Add some sour plum meat, it give another layer of if the sweet and sour.

Step 1
In a bowl, soak the gelatin with cold water until soft. Remove the seed of the sour plum

Step 2
In a pot, add 200mL water and 200mL plum wine and bring it to simmer

Step 3
Turn off the heat and add the honey and gelatin until fully dissolve

Step 4
Add the sour plum and let soak for 30 minutes and let cool

Step 5
Pour the liquid in the mold

Step 6
Place the sour plum in the middle

Step 7
Refrigerated for 2 hours until the jelly is set

Ready to serve
