Chilled Hot and Sour Conch
Recipe Details
Conch usually common in soup and stir-fries, this time will use it for appetizer. Mix it with a special make sweet and sour sauce, taste it more fresh.

Step 1
Slice the onion and red chili pepper

Step 2
Cut the green onion into section

Step 3
Chop the cilantro

Step 4
Mince the garlic

In a pot, bring the water to boil and blanch the conch for 1-2 minutes, drain and set aside

In a small bowl, whisk together the Thai sweet chili sauce, hot chili sauce, white vinegar, sugar and pinch of salt

In a large mixing bowl, combine the conch, slice onion, green onion, red chili pepper and minced garlic

Step 8
Add the sauce mixture and toss well, refrigerate for 2 hours,add the sesame oil, cilantro and toss again and serve cold
