Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Peel the ginger and juiced, or finely minced. Thin sliced the red chili

Step 2
In a pot, bring the water to boil, add salt and sesame oil

Step 3
Blanch the chinese spinach for 1 minutes

Step 4
place in ice-bath and drain

Step 5
In a mixing bowl, add the remaining ingredients except sesame seed into the mixing bowl with the amaranth and mix well

Step 6
In another smaller bowl, place a plastic wrap cover the bottom

Step 7
add the chinese spinach mixture inside the bowl and pack it tight

Step 8
Cover on top with the plate and flip it upside down

Step 9
slower take away the bowl

Garnish with the red chili and sprinkle with white sesame then serve
