Carrots (Cut Juvenile Wire)10 g
Black fungus20
Salt10 g
Oil1 ml
Garlic (Crushed Duo)2
Sugar5 g
Sesame oil2 tsp

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Cut the luffa into pieces, slice the black fungus and julienne the carrot

Step 2
In the pot, bring the water to boil and blanch the luffa

Step 3
place in the ice bath

Step 4
Same with the black fungus

Step 5
Combine the luffa, black fungus, and carrot in a mixing bowl

Step 6
then add garlic, salt, sugar, sesame oil and vinegar and toss well
