Soak and rinse the black fungus. Cut the cucumber into pieces and flatten them with a knife.

Step 2
Marinate the cucumber with some salt for 30 minutes. Rinse and remove the salt. Drain and set aside.

Bring some water to boil. Add black fungus and blanch for 2 minutes. Transfer to ice water and let cool. Drain and set aside.

Step 4
