Heat the walnut in pan and let cool. It should be crispy. Then chop the walnuts.

Step 2
Peel and mash the banana for further use.

Step 3
Mix egg yolk and 35g sugar then beat it until color turns bright and smooth.

Step 4
Add margarine, mashed banana and salt afterward, mix well.

Step 5
Then add cracked walnuts and cake flour. Mix well all.

Step 6
Mix egg white and other 30g of sugar and beat it.

Step 7
Add egg yolk mixture little by little in 3 times.

Step 8
Pour the final mixture into mold, shake it slightly to remove gas bubbles

Step 9
Put the mold in way of upside down so that when it cools down the cake can be taken out. Slice and ready to serve.
