Chicken Wrapped Rice
Recipe Details
Use chicken leg with Taiwanese fried rice and replace the cumbersome method of deboning the chicken wing while also enjoying the traditional flavor of chicken wing wrapped rice. Let’s try it!

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Debone chicken leg first, the mix all ingredients of marinade into a bowl, then add boneless chicken with mixture at least 30 minutes.

Step 2
Prepare a pan, pour cooking oil, and fry minced pork until becoming golden.

Step 3
Put in diced carrot, diced mushroom, dried shrimp, and fried shallot, and keep stirring for two minutes.

Step 4
Put in cooked rice, soy sauce, and sesame oil, till well combined all ingredients, and then turn off the fire.

Step 5
Stuff the fried rice into the marinated chicken.

Step 6
Brush over the chicken with oil, firmly wrap the chicken wrap with parchment, and place it on a baking tray.

Step 7
Preheat the oven to 200 degree (top/bottom temperature), put in the chicken-wrapped at the middle layer, and bake it about 40 minutes.

Step 8
Slice the baked chicken-wrapped rice, and eat with sauce.
