Step 1
Chop the lemongrass, cilantro steams, garlic, lemon leaves and set aside.

Step 2
Cut the chicken thigh meat into pieces. Marinate with light soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, sesame oil, ground white pepper, lemongrass, cilantro, garlic and lemon leaves for 1 hour.

Step 3
Wrap the chicken thigh meat with pandan leaves.

Step 4
Bring oil to boil on medium high heat. Reduce to medium low heat. Add chicken and deep fry until cooked. Remove the excess oil with paper towel. Ready to serve.
