Chicken Wrap with Herb and Crab Paste

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Slice the chicken into large pieces, and use the back of the knife slightly pound the chicken

Step 2
In a bowl, beat the egg and set asid

Step 3
Place the chicken breast on the plastic wrap plastic and season with salt and pepper

Layer the nori sheet on the chicken and spread the crab meat paste evenly on top

Step 5
Then place the basil leaves over the crab meat paste

Step 6
Roll the chicken and make sure is tight

Dust it with the flour

Dip the chicken in egg wash

Coated with the bread crumb

In a pan, add enough oil for frying then cook the chicken roll for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked

Transfer to the kitchen paper to soak up the extra grease

Cut it into slices and serve
