Step 1
Cut the onion into pieces

Step 2
Cut the bell pepper into pieces

Step 3
Cut the chicken into pieces and marinate with Chinese cooking wine, soy sauce, sesame oil and white pepper for 20 minutes

Step 4
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, water, sugar, ketchup yuzu citrus tea and corn starch together

Step 5
In a pan, add some oil on a medium high heat. Sauté the chicken until golden brown

Step 6
Add the onion and cook until tender

Add the green and red bell pepper, quick stir

Step 8
Add the balsamic yuzu sauce and cook until the chicken has coated with sauce
