Step 1
Clean the chicken wing and cut in half lengthwise. Pat dry with Vinda Kitchen Towel

Step 2
Marinade with Chinese cooking wine, light soy sauce, corn starch, sugar and white pepper for 15 minutes

Step 3
In a pan, add some oil on a medium heat. Sear the chicken wing until golden brown on both sides

Step 4
Transfer to Vinda Kitchen Towel to soak up the excess oil

Step 5
In a pan, add some oil on a medium high heat. Sauté the garlic until fragrant

Step 6
Add the chicken wing, Italian seasoning, salt, white pepper and quick stir. Ready to serve
