Chicken Wings Stuffed with Glutinous Rice

Step 1
Soak the dried small shrimps with extra Chinese cooking wine until soft. Rinse the shiitake mushrooms and remove the stems. Dice the mushrooms and green onion.

Step 2
Rinse the chicken wings and remove the bones.

Step 3
Marinate the wings with 1/2 tbsp light soy sauce and Chinese cooking wine for 15 minutes.

Step 4
Heat some oil in a pan. Sauté the green onion until fragrant. Add dried small shrimps, mushrooms, cooked glutinous rice and light soy sauce. Stir well.

Step 5
Stuff the filling into the wings and seal the wings with toothpicks.

Step 6
Deep-fry the wings until golden brown and ready to serve.
