Want to eat chicken wings but hate the bones inside? This recipe makes you eat a chicken wing like a boss! The wings are deboned and filled with tender shrimp paste and smooth cheese. You must love it!

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Cut the cheddar and mozzarella cheese into strip with same length of the mid-joint of the wing

Step 2
粉丝泡软,沥干备用。Mix together the shrimp paste, chopped green onion, salt and white pepper

In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, rice vinegar, chopped pickled ginger and tobiko. Refrigerate for 30 minutes

Step 4
Remove the bone from the chicken wing like a pocket

Step 5
Stuff the shrimp paste mixture in the chicken wings and stick the cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese inside

Step 6
Secure the chicken wing with the toothpick and marinate with Chinese cooking wine, honey, light soy sauce and white pepper for 20 minutes

Step 7
Coat the chicken wing with corn starch and deep fry until golden brown.

Step 8
Transfer to the kitchen paper to soak up the excess grease, remove the toothpicks and serve with the tobiko cream sauce.
