Chicken Wing in Korean Chili Sauce

Step 1
Mince the garlic.

Step 2
Rinse and pat the chicken wings dry. Marinate with 4 tbsp Korean pork marinade, minced ginger and garlic for 30 minutes.

Step 3
Coat the chicken wings with all-purpose flour.

Step 4
In a pan, add some oil on medium heat. Add chicken wings and deep-dry until cooked. Transfer to kitchen paper and remove the excess oil.

Step 5
Mix together the remaining Korean pork marinade, Korean chili paste, ketchup and honey.

Step 6
In another pan, add some oil on medium heat. Heat the sauce, add the chicken wings and mix well.

Step 7
Transfer to a plate. Sprinkle with white sesame. Ready to serve.
