Chicken Stew with Cordycep Sea Cucumber and Mushroom

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Cut the chicken in pieces and marinate with Concentrated Chicken Stock for 20 minutes

Step 2
Cut the sea cucumber and mushroom into pieces

Step 3
In a pan, add some oil on a medium high heat. Sauté the ginger until fragrant, add the chicken and cook until golden brown

Step 4
Add the mushroom, sea cucumber

Step 5
Add the Swanson Superior Broth Ham Flavoured 250mL and bring it to boil

Step 6
Reduce the heat to medium, cover the lid and cook until the chicken is cooked and the mushroom and sea cucumber is tender

Step 7
Add the cordycep and mix well

Step 8
Mix together the corn starch and water. Stir in until the sauce has thicken

Step 9
Sprinkle with chopped spring onion and ready to serve
