Chop the chicken thigh into medium sized pieces

Soak the dried ingredients in water for 30 minutes

Step 4
Soak the wolf berry in water for 5 minutes

Step 5
Bring a pot of water to a boil, add chicken thigh to blanch for 5 minutes. Drain dry and set aside

Step 6
In a pot, combine all of the ingredients (except the wolfberry) and bring to a boil on high heat. Cook for 20 minutes. Reduce to medium heat, simmer for 90 minutes

Step 7
Add wolf berry and simmer for 5 minutes. Season with salt

Ready to serve
