Chicken Shanghai Noodles with Pickled Mustard

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Marinate the chicken tenderloins with Swanson Concentrated Chicken Stock for 15 minutes

Step 2
In a pan, add some oil on a medium high heat. Sauté the chicken until half cooked

Step 3
Add the pickled mustard, red chili peppers and stir fry until cooked

Step 4
Cook the Shanghai noodles with boiling water for around 3 minutes and until soft

Step 5
Rinse and cool it with running water. Set aside

Step 6
Add Swanson Clear Chicken Broth and bring it to boil

Step 7
Add the Shanghai noodles and bring it boil again

Step 8
Transfer the noodles into a bowl and top with chicken, pickled mustard and red chili peppers
