Chicken Sesame Angel Hair Salad

Step 1
Thinly slice the carrot and cucumber.

Step 2
Slice the chicken and season with salt and white pepper.

Step 3
with salt and white pepper 3 In a bowl, whisk together the sesame paste, white sesame seeds, sushi vinegar, sesame oil, honey, water, salt and white pepper. Set aside.

In a pot, bring the water to boil and add some salt. Cook the San Remo Angel Hair until al dente.

Transfer San Remo Angel Hair to cold water to let cool. Drain and set aside.

In a pan, add some oil on a medium heat, cook the chicken until golden brown.

Add the cucumber, carrot, 1/2 of the sesame sauce and cook until the sauce has slightly thicken.

In a bowl, toss together the San Remo Angel Hair and chicken mixture.

Transfer to the plate, add the remaining sesame sauce on top.

Sprinkle the black sesame seeds and chopped cilantro.
