Chicken Paratha Wrap and Puff Pastry Tang Yuen

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Remove Spring Home Roti Paratha packet from freezer, remove packaging and plastic film, and fry it in a non stick pan without defrosting. Fry over medium heat for 2 minutes on both side or until golden brown. Place romaine lettuce leaves, cooked chicken slices and Caesar dressing on the cooked roti paratha. Fold in half and ready to serve!

Step 2
Remove Spring Home Roti Paratha from freezer, remove packaging. Defrost at room temperature for 5 minutes. Cut roti paratha into 4 pieces. Place a Spring Home glutinous rice ball on one of the paratha slices and then wrap it tightly. Airfry or bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Ready to serve!
