Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Slice the chicken into strips and marinate with Chinese cooking wine, light soy sauce and corn starch for 15 minutes

Step 2
Slice the onion

Step 3
In a pan, add some oil on a medium high heat. Sauté the onion until fragrant

Step 4
add the chicken and cook until half way

Step 5
Add the Swanson Clear Chicken Broth 250mL and bring it to boil

Step 6
Add the mushroom and cook until tender

Step 7
Transfer over the rice and ready to serve
