Chicken Meatball Skewer with Teriyaki Sauce

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Place the chicken cartilage in the blender and blend to small pieces

Step 2
Combine with the ground chicken in a large mixing bowl

Step 3
Marinate the chicken mixture for 10-15 minutes

Step 4
Form the chicken mixture into a ball then form into a log

Step 5
Then insert the skewer and lay it on the rack

Step 6
Preheat the oven to 180ºC and bake it for 6 minutes on one side and flip it over and cook for another 4 minutes until cooked

Step 7
In a sauce pan, combine all the ingredients from the teriyaki sauce and bring it to boil. Reduce the heat to medium and let simmer until the liquid reduce by half about 30-45 minutes

Brush the teriyaki sauce on the meat and cook it for another minute
