Step 1
Wash and chop the chicken breast into pieces. Wash the pea. Wash and soak mushrooms and round mushrooms, wash and finely chop the shallot and garlic.

Step 2
Marinate chicken with cooking wine and starch.

Step 3
Cut the mushrooms and round mushrooms.

Step 4
Beat the egg with the rice, mix well.

Step 5
Heat the wok with oil
