Chicken Drumettes with Honey Mustard Balsamic Sauce

Italian balsamic vinegar has a rich flavor, only need to add a little in the salad is enough, how about the rest of the vinegar? Can also ese it as an ingredient, this Chicken Drumettes with Honey Mustard Balsamic Sauce, it is good with rice and also suitable for a party food.

In a mixing bowl, combine minced garlic, honey, brown sugar, balsamin vinegar, Dijon mustard and light soy sauce
Step 2
Clean and pat dry the chicken drumettes. Season with salt and white pepper
Step 3
Dredge it with flour
Step 4
In a pot, on medium high add enough oil for frying and fry the drumettes until golden brown and fully cook inside
Step 5
Transfer to the kitchen paper to soak up the excess grease
Step 6
In a pan, add the honey mustard mixture and bring it to boil
Step 7
Add the drumettes and toss into the sauce until the sauce has thicken
Step 8
Sprinkle green onion and sesame seed and ready to serve
