Silk Tofu1 pc
Salt5 g
Sugar3 g
Oyster sauce1 tsp
Vegetable oil10 ml
Corn starch20 g
Water30 ml
Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Place the tofu in boiling water, add salt and let cook for 1-2 minutes and set aside

Step 2
Let cool and cut the tofu in thin slice, spread it on the plate

Step 3
In a pan, add oil, oyster sauce, water, salt, sugar and thicken sauce

Step 4
Cook until the sauce is thicken, pour it over the tofu and serve
