Cherry tomatoes can be eaten as raw or cooked but it tastes better in cold dishes. Simply marinating the cherry tomatoes with sweet plum and honey, you can get a wonderful appetizer!

Step 1
Soak the sweet plum with hot water for until the water cool down

Step 2
Rinse the cherry tomatoes and slightly cut the cross at the bottom. Slice the baby radish

Step 3
In a pot, bring the water to boil and cook the cherry tomatoes for 10 seconds

Step 4
Transfer to cold water and peel off the skin

Step 5
Stir in the honey and lemon juice in the sweet plum water. Add the cherry tomatoes and the sliced baby radish

Step 6
Refrigerate for 2 hours then ready to serve
