Cheesy Steak Bruschetta

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Cut Ile de France Baldaran cheese into 4 pieces.

Step 2
Angle-cut the bread with each piece 1.5cm thick.

Step 3
Toast the sliced bread with oil-free pan until golden. Heat each side for about 1 minute.

Step 4
Place 2slices cheese on the toast.

Step 5
Seasoning the steak with salt and black pepper for 20 minutes.

Step 6
In a pot, add oil and bring to high heat. Add steak and cook for 2 minutes each side.

Step 7
Reduce to medium heat. Cook for 2 minutes each side.

Step 8
Cool down the steak for 10 minutes to medium rare.

Step 9
Angle-cut the steak with each piece 0.5cm thick.

Step 10
Slice and rinse the cherry radish.

Step 11
Cut the green onion into sections for around 5cm long.

Step 12
Place steak, cherry radish and green onion on the toast.

Step 13
Add a few drop of lemon juice and lemon peel. Enjoy!
