Cheesy Mushroom Pinwheel

Stir fry the mushrooms and onions and wrap with puff pastry to make a simple and appealing snack for a perfecet afternoon!

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200C. Cover the tray with parchment paper and set aside.

Step 2
Chop the mushrooms, garlic and onions.

Step 3
In a pan, add some oil on medium heat. Add garlic, onion and sauté until fragrant.

Step 4
Add mushroom, thyme leaves and sauté until cooked. Add parmesan cheese and mix well.

Step 5
Beat the egg. Brush the puff pastry with egg wash.

Step 6
Layer mushrooms and mozzarella cheese on top evenly. Tightly roll.

Step 7
Brush with egg wash and cut into pieces with 1 inch thick. Place on the baking tray.

Step 8
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Ready to serve.
