Cheesy Gingerbread Man without Ginger

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Place a parchment paper on a baking tray and set aside. Melt Kraft Sliced Cheese in a double boiler.

Step 2
Blend butter and caster sugar together with a blender.

Step 3
Add egg yolks one by one and blend together.

Step 4
Add the melted cheese and blend together.

Step 5
Add cake flour, Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese, sea salt and Italian seasoning. Mix well and form a dough. Use a rolling pin to roll into a thin sheet about 5mm thick. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.

Step 6
Cut the dough with a gingerbread man cookie cutter.

Step 7
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.

Step 8
Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler. Put into a piping bag. Decorate the cookies.
