Cheese and Corn Squid Patties with Cheese Dipping Sauce

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Combine the squid paste, 40g Kraft Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, kernel corn, onion, parsley, half breadcrumbs, salt, white pepper and mix together.

Step 2
Form into patties. Coat with egg wash and remaining breadcrumbs. In a pan, add enough oil on a medium high heat. Fry the squid cakes until golden brown.

Step 3
In a pan, melt the butter on a medium heat. Add all-purpose flour and stir until thickened. Add milk and keep stirring until smooth.

Step 4
Add the remaining Kraft Shredded Mozzarella Cheese and Kraft Shredded Mexican Four Cheese. Stir until the cheese melted.

Step 5
Season with salt, black pepper and paprika.

Step 6
Serve the squid cakes with the cheese dipping sauce.
