Cheddar Cheese Biscuit

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
In a mixer, combine flour, salt, baking powder and garlic powder

Step 2
Add the butter, mix the flour until coarse

Step 3
then add oil, grated cheddar cheese

Step 4
Slowly add the milk, just until the dough is moist and no longer see any flour. Mix until it combined and holds together

Step 5
Using an ice cream scoop to scoop the dough and lay on the baking pan with baking paper

Step 6
Preheat the oven to 200C, and bake it for 15 minutes or until it’s golden brown

Step 7
When biscuits are baking, melt 3 tsblespoons of butter is a small bowl with ½ teaspoon garlic powder and the parsley

Step 8
When biscuits come out of the oven, use a brush to spread this garlic butter over the tops of all the biscuits
