In a bowl, mix together the glutinous rice flour and warm water. Knead into dough.
Step 2
Cut a small piece of dough and knead it with some cocoa powder.
Step 3
Divided the cocoa dough with into 2g ball.
Step 4
Divided the white dough into 3g ball.
Step 5
Press the cocoa dough on top of the white dough and knead it as the raindrop shape.
Step 6
Shape the palm and fill with red bean paste.
Step 7
Put together 3 raindrops with water and stick the palm in the middle.
Step 8
In a pot, bring the water to boil. Add the ginger and cane sugar.
Step 9
Add the rice ball and cook until its floating. Ready to serve.
