Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Cut beef fillet into thin slices. Cut onion to thin strips. Dice the red chili.

Step 2
Add egg white, Shaoxing wine, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, potato starch and white pepper to the beef slices, mix well.

Step 3
Heat the pan over medium heat with some oil, sauté the minced garlic, minced ginger and onion. Season with soy sauce.

Step 4
Heat up the cast iron pan with some oil, add onion, beef slices and red chili. Sprinkle some coriander before served.
