Carrot Corn Soup with White Fungus and Pork Bone

This soup is cooked with ingredients that you can easily find in the market. It is suitable for both summer & winter time. The sweetness of the corn enhance the favour of the soup.

Step 1
Soak the white fungus until soft

Step 2
Cut the corn into section

Step 3
Peel and cut the carrot into pieces

Step 4
Remove the core of the white fungus and cut into pieces

Step 5
In a pot, bring the water to boil and blanch the pork bone for 10 minutes. Drain and set aside

Step 6
In a large pot, add the corn, carrot, white fungus, sweet apricot, bitter apricot, honey dates and pork bone

Step 7
Add water to cover all the ingredients and bring it to boil

Step 8
Reduce the heat to medium and cook it for 2 hours
