Combine the oil, eggs, brown sugar, sugar and vanilla extract and mix well

In a separate bowl, sift the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda, salt and cloves

Stir in the grated carrot to the flour mixture, then add into the wet mixture and stir evenly blended

Divided the mixture between the 2 pans

bake the cake for 35 to 40 minutes

the skewer insert in the cake come out clean then the cake is ready

For the frosting, in the mixer, beat the cream cheese and butter until smooth

then add half of the icing sugar and beat until smooth

Add the vanilla and lemon juice then beat in the remaining icing sugar until fluffy

To assemble the cake, spread the frosting on the top and the sides of the cake
