Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Marinate the prawns with Cajun seasonings, salt and black pepper over night. Slice the onion

Step 2
Remove the basil leaves from stem

Step 3
Heat the pan and add some oil. Saute the prawns on both sides until golden brown

Step 4
Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the linguine and cook until soften

Step 5
Add the onion and bell pepper to the pan and cook with the prawns. Season with 1/2 tablespoon Cajun seasonings

Step 6
Remove the prawns from the pan. Add whipping cream and sugar

Step 7
Add linguine and stir well

Step 8
Add the prawns and basil leaves. Ready to serve
