Peel the cabbage leaves inside a bucket of water

Thinly slice the carrots, bamboo shoots

Thinly slice the carrots, bamboo shoots

Cut the enoki mushrooms in half

Prepare a pot of water and boil on high heat

Add cabbage to blanch for 2 minutes
