Shredded Carrot80 g
Water1500 ml
Pork Marinade
Chinese cooking wine1 tbsp
Potato starch1 tbsp
Soy sauce1 tsp
Corn starch mixture
Potato starch2 tbsp
Water50 ml
Seasoning ingredients
Sesame oil1 tbsp
Salt1 tsp

Peel and thinly slice the Buddhist melon

Step 3
Thinly slice the pork and marinate for 5 minutes

Step 4
Add pork to saute until half cooked

Step 5
Add the Buddhist melon and water

Step 6
Add the carrots and saute well

Step 7
Add the corn starch mixture and stir fry constantly

Step 8
Add sesame oil and mix lightly

Step 9
Transfer to serving plate
