Cook the buckwheat noodle according to the package direction. Rinse it with cold water. Combine the spicy peanut sauce and mix together

Step 2
Cook the edamame in boiling water for 2-5 minutes. Squeeze the edamame flesh off the shell

Step 3
Dice the red bell pepper, green onion and cashew nut. Peel and slice the carrot

Step 4
Add the spicy peanut sauce, buckwheat noodle, red bell pepper, edamame, green onion, carrot and cashew nut respectively
