Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Add caster sugar into hot water and mix until completely dissolved. Let cool.

Step 2
Whisk together the egg and milk. Add sugar solution and mix well.

Step 3
Sieve the egg mixture to strain out all the impurities.

Step 4
Place the crusts on Bruno Takoyaki plate. Spread Hawthorn Apple Tea on the crust, then pour in egg mixture. Cover the lid and cook for 15-20 minutes. Ready to serve.
