Broccoli chicken Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Add black pepper, sea salt and olive oil on chicken legs. Bake 20 minutes then dice the meat.

Step 2
Bring a pot od water to simmer. Add broccoli florets and 1tsp salt. Blanch for 1 minute. Drain and dice the broccoli florets. Set aside.

Step 3
In a mixing bowl, add the meat, broccoli onion, the 2 cheese, garlic powder, olive oil and stir well.

Step 4
In a pan, add some oil oil. Fry the bread to golden brown on both side.

Step 5
Spread some mayonnaise on the bread. Place the chicken and vegetable on the bread. Cover with another piece of bread and cut into halves.
