Recipe Details
In the movie "Brioche", the protagonist Chef Carl because of a loss of his job. Then he opens a food trailer to regain the enthusiasm of the kitchen. Brioche which appears in the movie which the famous French bread styles, it needs a large number of eggs and butter to make. Because of the fragrant, it is more delicious than other bread.

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Brush the mold with oil and set aside. Preheat the oven to 190°C.

Step 2
Spread the butter inside the mold.

Step 3
Mix together the egg, milk, sugar, salt, dry yeast and bread flour to form into dough.

Step 4
Gradually add the butter to the dough and slowly knead together.

Step 5
Place the dough in the container, cover with plastic and refrigerate overnight for proofing. Remove the dough from the fridge and let it sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.

Step 6
Divided the dough into 6 pieces 20g and 6 pieces 40g dough. Roll into a ball and let sit for 15-20 minutes.

Step 7
Press a hold in the middle on the 40g dough (like a well)

Step 8
Knead the 20g dough into a tear drop shape and place it inside the hole of the 40g dough and place in the brushed mold.

Step 9
Let it rest for 10 minutes, brush the egg wash over the dough. Place in the oven and bake it for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool.。

Step 10
Remove from the mold and ready to serve.
