Brewed Shiitake Chicken and Rice Box

It is simple to make. Brew together the mushroom, chicken and rice under low heat. As the rice sponges off all sauce, it tastes is chewy and sticky. Flavor of mushroom and chicken may spread over the room. You must be satisfied with this as a lunch.

Step 1
Clean and cut shiitake into pieces.

Step 2
Cut Green onion to pieces.

Step 3
Peel the potatoes. Cut to dices. Then put in water.

Step 4
Cut chicken to dices and mix it with cooking wine and soy sauce.

Step 5
Heat the pan with oil. Put in shiitake, black fungus, potato dices and pan-fry until you see potato dices become sticky.

Cover the ingredients with rice. Pour in a bowl of water around the edge of pan.

Then turn to low heat, cover the pan and brew for 15 minutes.

Take another pan. Heat the pan with oil, put chicken dices in. Add salt and pan-fry.

Add salt to rice. And add the pan-fried chicken dices.

Stir well and take it out into a box. Put onion pieces on top.

Cut Chinese onion into think shreds and cut red chili into shreds. Boil the water, add salt and oil. After it is boiling for a while then put the Caixin in.

Heat the pan with oil. Add oyster sauce, soy sauce, water, cornstarch and salt. Cooking until it becomes thickened to make the sauce.
