Step 1
Clean and cut Chinese onion and coriander to pieces. Remove heads and tails of bean strings and cut it to pieces.

Clean pork rib cutlets and cook them in water. Add star anise, bay leaves, Chinese onion pieces and soy sauce. Cover it and brew under low heat for 30 minutes.
