Calista Goh from Singapore was meant to be a lawyer. While she was studying law in the UK, she found that she had a serious health problem. That’s why she decided to move into doing something good to the society through food than pursuing her law career. She came to Hong Kong and opened a health food shop. This Breakfast Warrior Energy Bar is one of the product in her shop.

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Pulse cashew and almond and set aside.

Step 2
Pulse dates, almond butter, cacao powder, bio flour, chia powder, cacao nibs, spirulina powder, maca powder and salt until it becomes smooth.

Step 3
Add coconut oil. Then mix them well.

Step 4
Add cranberries, almond and cashew pieces. Then mix them well.

Step 5
Pour the mixture into a tray. Cover with a piece of plastic wrap and roll it up until the top is flat and all corners are filled.

Step 6
Refrigerate for 4-5 hours or overnight. Cut it into pieces and it is ready to serve.
