Breakfast Tomato Turkey Meat Balls

With different spices, cherry tomatoes and homemade turkey meat balls, you can cook delicious, healthy and creative dish even without an oven!

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
In a bowl, add the minced turkey, 30g Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, basil, thyme, paprika, fennel powder, 1 tbsp parsley, 1 tbsp minced garlic and stir well with hands. Roll into small balls and place into a freezer for 20 minutes.

Step 2
In a pan, add some olive oil. Sear the meat balls until golden brown.

Step 3
Add the canned cherry tomatoes, tomato paste, sugar, salt, black pepper and stir well. Cook under medium heat for 15-20 minutes until the meatball completely cooked.

Step 4
Mix together some olive oil, the remaining minced garlic and 1 tbsp parsley. Spread onto the bread.

Step 5
In a pan, add some olive oil. Sear the bread until golden brown.

Step 6
Transfer the meat balls onto a plate, sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan cheese and parsley.

Step 7
Serve with the bread.
