A loaf of soft bread is not just for sandwiches, how about dessert? Just soak the bread into the milk, and it will turn to a tasty dessert.

Step 1
Preheat an oven to 160°C.

Step 2
Boil the milk on low heat until the milk slightly fuming.

Step 3
Beat the egg, add sugar and mix well.

Step 4
Sieve the egg into the milk.

Step 5
Tear off the bread into bite size.

Step 6
Spread butter on a baking bowl. Add bread, dried fruits and milk mixture. Soak for 15 minutes.

Step 7
Place into the oven and bake for 30 to 40 minutes. Ready to serve.
