Braised Shiitake Mushroom in Oyster Sauce

Step 1
Soak the dried mushrooms and remove the stalks. Rinse the Shanghai pak choi, halve and set aside. Bring a pot of water to boil. Add Shanghai pak choi and cook until done. Drain and transfer to a plate.

Step 2
Heat a pan on medium heat. Add water, Koon Chun Superior Oyster Flavored Sauce and mix well.

Step 3
Add mushrooms with the top facing up and braise for 8 minutes.

Step 4
Flip over the mushrooms. Braise for another 7 minutes and transfer to the plate.

Step 5
Remove from the heat. Drizzle the sauce over the mushrooms and Shanghai pak choi. Ready to serve.
