Braised Seafood with Tofu

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Clean and cut the squid into small pieces

Step 2
Add the squid, shrimps, baby scallops in a bowl with minced ginger, Chinese cooking wine, salt and white pepper to marinate for 10 minutes

Step 3
Cut the tofu into cubes

Step 4
In a pan, add some oil on a medium high heat. Add the minced garlic, minced ginger and sauté until fragrant. Add the seafood and quick stir

Add Swanson Clear Chicken Broth 250mL and bring it to boil

Step 6
Add the tofu and cook for 5 minutes

Step 7
Gently add the corn starch water to thicken the sauce

Season with salt and white pepper
