Step 1
Soak the mushroom until soft and cut in half

Step 2
Slice the carrot in disc shape

Step 3
Slice the ginger and cut the green onion in section

Step 4
In a pan, add oil on a medium heat. Sauté the ginger and green onion until fragrant. Add then pork belly and cook until golden brown

Step 5
Add the mushroom and water

Step 6
Add the soya sheet knot, carrot and seasoning

Step 7
Bring it to boil, reduce the heat to medium, cover the lid and cook until the pork is tender about 30-45 minutes

Step 8
Add the rock sugar and cook until the sauce is thicken
